TBJ Shoots Down Blades

Wesley Chapel, FL -  The Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club took down the Florida Blades Sunday with TBJ Elite winning 6-2 and TBJ Premier winning a thrilling shootout 3-2.  
TBJ Elite also won 8-1 Saturday to improve to 11-1 within the Florida Division.  The Elite team had 9 different scorers this weekend as it continues it's balanced attack.  TBJ Premier would lose game 1 Saturday 3-2 but came back from a 0-2 deficit Sunday to send the game to overtime where Matej Dejdar and Patrik Tuma scored in the shootout to shoot down the Blades. 
Both teams are at Home Sunday November 11th with the Elite game at 12:30 pm and the Premier game at 3:15 pm at the Florida Hospital Center Ice.

Game Summaries
Saturday 11/3 at FHCI
TBJ Elite 8  Florida Blades 1

Zach Parker scored 2 goals and Kyle Ciaccio, Aiden Kennedy, Trent Gephart, Roco Selivanov, Jonny Scheer and Tim Ruf each added one as Tampa routed the Blades 8-1.  Kennedy would also add 2 assist and goalie Shaun Hatton made 28 saves for the win.

TBJ Premier 2  Florida Blades 4
Florida would break a 2-2 tie with a goal with 3 minutes remaining to knock off Tampa.  Zack Puterbaugh and Evan Sivets scored for TBJ.

Sunday 11/4 at Hertz Arena
TBJ Elite 6  Florida Blades 2

Tampa had five different scores in game 2 of the weekend series.  Jackson Drysdale scored twice with Selivanov, Gephart, Scheer and Kevin Holman netting the other four.  Selivanov, Ruf and Brendan Stoufer each added 2 assist.  Nolan Kare had 25 saves for the win.

TBJ Premier 3  Florida Blades 2  Shootout
Matej Dejdar and Patrik Tuma scored in the shootout and Tyler Roy stopped both Blades  attempts to give Tampa the win.  Mark Louria and Cam Duprey scored in regulation as Tampa overcame a two goal deficit in the third period.
