Celatka Commits to Iowa St

Wesley Chapel, FL - The Tampa Bay Juniors, proud members of the United States Premier League (USPHL) are pleased to announce that Premier Forward Peter Celatka has committed to play hockey at ACHA Div I Iowa State for the 2018-19 season.

Peter, from Prior Lake, MN played two years for the Tampa Bay Juniors, first with the USP3 team in 2016-17 and then last season with the Premier Team.

"Peter is a perfect example of what we want to develop in a player and move up in the program." said Head Coach Garrett Strot.  "Pete was one of the most unselfish and team oriented player I have ever coached and will be a huge asset to the Iowa State program."

"My two years playing in Tampa was a great experience," said Pete.  "From the amazing facilities and living arrangements to the great coaching and training I was given every opportunity to improve as both a hockey player and a person.  I can't thank the coaches enough for everything they've done."

The Tampa Bay Juniors wish Pete and his family the best of luck as he continues his hockey career.

Celatka is the 10th TBJ player to commit to a college this year.
