Wesley Chapel, FL - The Tampa Bay Juniors Hockey Club opened the 21-22 season with a stirring tribute, in remembrance of the 20th anniversary of 9/11, by honoring 6 members of the Pasco County Fire Rescue Team Saturday Night.

Captain Jess Walker with Firefighters Trevor Clark, Marc DeSoundy, Josh Santana, Logan Cambell and Driver Engineer Barry Shelton joined each TBJ starter on the ice as both were announced.  In an emotional moment Captain Jess Walker was introduced last with his son, TBJ player Justin, but was surprised by his older son, former TBJ Captain Derek, as he flew in for the event.  The remaining Tampa players and the Florida Blades players joined them on each blue line for the Anthem.

After the Anthem both TBJ and Blades players showed class by lining up and shaking hands with each member and thanking them for their service!!

The Tampa bay Juniors Staff again want to thank Jess Walker and the Pasco County Fire Rescue Team!!!
