Tampa Bay Juniors - USPHL

Wesley Chapel, FL - Tampa Bay Juniors Elite Defenseman, Filip Kuba, has been named to the USA Hockey's U17 Southeastern District.  Kuba, from Tampa, FL, participated in the Florida Affiliate of the SE District on May 8th and 9th in Orlando for '04 birth years.

Filip played in 46 games this year for TBJ netting 10 goals and 24 assist for 34 points and was a plus 33.

The Southeastern District is divided into four Affiliate Associations: Carolina Amateur Hockey Association governing North Carolina and South Carolina, Potomac Valley Amateur Hockey Association governing Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, Southern Amateur Hockey Association governing Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee and the Statewide Amateur Hockey Association of Florida governing Florida.  The camp begins May 21-23 in Charlotte, NC.

From this camp players will be chosen to represent the southeast at the USA Hockey Select 17 Development camp in Amherst, NY in June.
