The Tampa Bay Juniors Elite team picked up a 5-3 win yesterday over the Atlanta MadHatters.

The much deserved win comes in large part to a 4 point effort from rookie Thomas Zamba.

“I thought we came out playing much faster on Sunday and were able to generate a lot of offense. I felt like it was my best game I’ve played so far. My line was moving the puck really well and it made it easier to make those plays and put points on the board” said the 2002 born rookie.

The win snaps a losing streak, and puts TBJ within one point of a tie for second place in the division.

More importantly, the game appeared to be a potential turning point in the season, as the young TBJ team played a complete 60 implementing the play style the coaching staff has worked hard to develop.
